Travelers Performance Plus & Fixed Value-Based Incentive Programs

For Travelers retail agents that have a Commercial Lines Performance Plus or Fixed Value-Based (FVB) incentive agreement, Travelers will count the business you place with Northfield Insurance as Volume Eligible Premium. Please note this does not apply to other Travelers Business Insurance compensation programs.

To receive credit for Northfield Insurance business you place through general agents, you must provide policy information on this form. Please report an account policy number only once. You will automatically receive credit for additional premiums or premium adjustments during the reporting calendar year.

• 2024 eligible premium is defined as new or renewal written premium (excluding taxes and/or fees) for policies with effective dates in 2024 only.
• Submitted eligible premiums will be reported to the Travelers Agency Compensation Unit for inclusion in 2024 Performance Plus or FVB calculations; Northfield reserves the right to omit premiums deemed ineligible.
• All policies must be submitted no later than 12/31/2024 to be eligible.
• Please report an account policy number only once.
